CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has been found to be effective for a range of problems, including anxiety, addiction, depression, and insomnia. The focus is on changing your unhelpful thinking patterns which then helps you see things differently and react differently. Christina uses specific CBT strategies to address insomnia.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing is a trauma therapy that differs from traditional talk therapy. It helps your mind and body process the trauma using your natural coping mechanisms. It can be used to target a variety of issues including abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, pain, and sleep disturbance.

CPT
Cognitive Processing Therapy is a targeted program involving cognitive behavioral strategies to address trauma. It focuses on changing what you have been telling yourself about the trauma, yourself, and the world. It is generally completed in 12 therapy sessions.

Mind-Body Strategies
Christina puts an emphasis on improving regulation of your nervous system. Learning how to create a new baseline and awareness of your emotions and body responses can significantly improve your life and help you be more available to therapeutic work. This can include breathing strategies, imagery, and spirituality. Christina utilizes biofeedback as well.
